Construction Administrators – Various Projects in Bay Area From Berkeley
to the South Bay

This is a rare opportunity to be a part of some exciting and complicated projects.

Requirements:  Experience in supporting Project Managers, Superintendents and Subcontractors as needed. This may include setting up an on-site construction office, assisting with estimating process, tracking subcontracts, billing in conjunction with the accounting department, change orders, insurance certificates and preparing agendas and meeting minutes, spreadsheets, etc.

Carpenters – Oak Knoll Oakland

We have a need for carpenters with experience in seismic work on this prevailing wage project.

Project Managers – Various Projects Throughout the Bay Area

We are looking for qualified candidates to help with projects throughout the Bay Area. The ideal candidates will have experience in  heavy structural/adaptive reuse of buildings.

Project Engineer – Oak Knoll Oakland

We are looking for a Project Engineer to help us renovate this historic property. A college degree in Construction Management required.
